HM INWEST S. A. is an experienced, Polish nationwide property developer that has been present on the market since over 24 years and implements investments in the multifamily residential buildings construction segment.
The company owns Grupa Inwest trade mark including its graphic elements, i.e. the logo used for marketing purposes, and holds a protection certificate issued by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland No. 239795; the protection has been in force constantly since 2010.

The founder of HM INWEST S.A. In 1996, he began creation of property developer companies operating in the residential as well as office and service buildings segment. In this time, he single-handedly created and managed many companies from real property and construction industries.
Currently, he is a shareholder and the President of the Management Board of HM INWEST S.A., which dynamically develops under his lead, and receives awards and distinctions every year, e.g. it was awarded 2nd place in the Polish nationwide ranking of developers of “Rzeczpospolita” daily magazine, it received Certyfikat Wiarygodności Dewelopera (Developer Reliability Certificate) awarded by the chapter house of Polski Związek Pracodawców Budownictwa (Association of the Polish Construction Industry Employers) twice, it was distinguished with Mazowiecka Firma Roku 2010 (Company of 2010 in Mazowsze) award by the Marshall of Mazowieckie Voivodeship, as well as received Medal Europejski (European Medal) from Bussines Centre Club.
He studied law at the Jagiellonian University and Warsaw University. He has gained his managerial experience through practical management of companies and during numerous trainings and additional courses related to management and the property market.
He has been a member of Business Centre Club and Polski Związek Firm Developerskich (Polish Property Developers Association) for many years. In the leisure time, he plays tennis and golf, and, due to his passion for sports, he supports young Polish sportsmen.
He has been providing services to companies and business entities for 10 years. He used the experience gained in renowned Warsaw law firms to provide consulting services to managers and members of senior management of one of the largest companies in Poland.
He has been the head solicitor of HM Inwest S.A. since July 2018.
He specializes in transactional consultancy, corporate services, and intellectual property rights. He is experienced in the field of obtaining of financing and cooperation of business entities with banks and other financial institutions.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University, he participated in LLP Erasmus program at Universidad de Oviedo Facultad de Derecho, He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Post-graduate Studies on Intellectual Property Rights of the Warsaw University. He held supervisory positions in state-owned enterprises. He is a proxy for HM Inwest S.A., HM Factory Sp. z o.o., Forum Polskiej Gospodarki Sp. z o.o.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
She has completed master’s degree studies in the field of International Economic and Political Relations at Warsaw School of Economics (2001).
Starting in 2004, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, she is a mid-level manager in an international corporation.
In the years 2017-2018, she completed Excutive Master of Business Administration studies at Warsaw Management University. These studies are intended for executive staff on the highest-level management positions, as well as owners of companies.

Ewa Hofman has completed solicitor's training in 2011 and is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
In her professional practice, she primarily deals with issues related to the economic law, commercial law, as well as labour and social insurance law.
She acts on behalf of business entities in court proceedings, she conducts investigations and receivables of receivables at all stages of proceedings, also in bankruptcy proceedings. She supports companies and partnerships in the field of registration obligations. She conducts liquidation proceedings of business entities.
In her work, she specialises in acting on behalf of employees against employers, in particular in proceedings related to payment of remunerations, appeals against job terminations, and non-competition clauses.
Since 2005, she has also been dealing with a widely understood real property market, mainly in terms of preparation and implementation of a construction process, execution of development agreements, seeking claims for guarantees, warranties, as well as legal representation of housing communities.
