Personal data protection

I hereby agree to processing of my personal data by HM Inwest S.A., ul. Fabryczna 5, 00-446 Warsaw, tax ID no. (NIP): 113-24-82-686, REGON number: 015717427, and the entities cooperating with HM Inwest S.A.

HM Inwest S.A. is the controller of the personal data (“Personal Data Controller”).

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, i.e., sending current information regarding apartments available for sale via e-mail and/or phone, sending advertising and information materials related to apartment offers and any preparation of apartment purchase agreements.

The legal basis for processing is the approval of the Data Subject. Consent to processing of personal data is voluntary.

Personal data will be processed pursuant to the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection, as amended, and the Art. 6 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The Data Subject has the right to access his or her personal data and to rectify, delete them, restrict their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw his or her consent at any given moment without impacting the lawfulness of processing that had been carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.

In case of finding that the processing of personal data violates the aforementioned regulations, the Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the General Personal Data Protection Inspector (www.giodo.gov.pl).

Processing covers the following scope of personal data: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address.

Data recipients categories – personal data may be received by entities that process data on behalf of the Personal Data Controller, authorised public administration bodies, entities that deliver correspondence and shipments.

The processing period lasts until submission of an objection.
